Hi, today I am going to write about my experience learning English, first of all between my experience in the school and in the university I learned more in my school, because I had English since I have memories and where I studied it was very important the use of this language, so for that part I prefer my school, otherwise the university has been helping me for don´t loose that knowledge for now, so in that way it is nice have classes and you need to talk or listen carefully. Today I will write about my study programme, first of all I want to say that my curriculum it is not too bad, in these two years that I have been studying I learned a lot of things that I never expected I was going to know, but it´s a reality that we always have to try to improve, so in that logic I think that the way that we learn in taller it´s very disgusting for moments, when we get in the career we have to fail over and over again to find a good way for our projects, that situation could be very difficult to many people, and it´s one of the mainly reasons that why people get out of the career in first year, it´s very stressing learn since the failure and even more with teachers that not help a lot. I would like to study a postgraduate course about green architecture, because I think that it´s one of the most relevant points in the future of the career and every construction will be green with the environment, finding the way to create new materials to build and design strategies wondering in our relation with our planet and how we care of it. First of all, I don´t have very clear what I want to do in the future, I join to this career  (architecture) because I really like how you can create from nothing, only using your creativity and the things that a person learn in the career you can elaborate something physical while you are improving with your work to other people, generating employment or better life quality. The best concert that I went, it was a Imagine Dragons concert inside Lollapalooza in 2018, I remember that it was the second day of the festival and since that morning I was wondering about how it would be that specific concert, because in those years I was the biggest fan of Imagine Dragons, because I discovered them when I was 13 years old, so I grew up with them and their songs. Germán del Sol is a Chilean architect who start his career studying in Universidad Católica de Chile, but he turned in architect when he graduated from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura in Barcelona, Spain. One of the things that I admire of him it´s how he combines architecture with nature, in his most important projects he finds the way to do this and it´s admirable, because his designs are coherent with the space and biodiversity. I think that every project needs to be connected with the place roots and respect it, but German del Sol go beyond of that and design complexly and efficiently. His most featured works are the Chilean Pavilion in the Universal Expo of Sevilla in 1992, Explora Hotel in the Desert of Atacama, Remota Hotel in the Chilean Patagonia and the Geometric Hot Springs in Araucanía Region of the same country. Since the quarantine started (I do voluntary quarantine) I`d been discovering a lot of music that before didn´t engaged me, I think that this happened because I listened so much the same music the first weeks of quarantine, so one day, I was doing homework and I knew that I would be for many hours doing it, I put a song of Led Zeppelin and that changed everything, after that It was The Ramones, Nirvana, The Cure, Soundgarden, etc. Now I can do my things with a lot of different music because I can be listening reggaeton and one hour after I could be with Chuck Berry for example, it´s a new experience to do my homework and leaves me do it with more tranquility, changes of rhythm, moods, and anything else. Week after week I`d been taking this engagement to all my life, when I do sport, go to shopping, clean my bedroom, etc. I hope that in the future keep it up. 

The story behind this photo it´s about the solar eclipse day the past year. First of all, I want to say that I ran all over Santiago looking for a glass to see the eclipse and don´t hurt my eyes. That day I was in the university when a friend said to me that she needed my help to find a drug store or any place who sell the glass, we were against the time because the eclipse it was going to be in two hours, so we had that time for find the glass, go to our houses and watch the solar eclipse. We were walking (faster) around Santiago Centro until an old man said to us that he had his last glasses in sell, but the problem was the value, it was too expensive for us, but we didn´t had choice and we bought it. After that I went to my department and I could saw the eclipse without hurt my eyes.

I think that it's a good video because give useful information for people who are stressed or anxious (quarantine stuff) and I think it will help them.  I don´t meditate, because I'd never wonder it, maybe if I do it I could kick out all that stress that university generates me, but for other side I do workout all the week and that helps enough for now. -How are you feeling these days? In this last days I didn't ask myself it, because I´m in the final exams of the semester, so I think that I'm fine but with a lot of things to do (this is one lol). -How do I feel when the English class starts? I feel good, Wednesday afternoons are so relaxed and help me distracting everything else from my view.

In my opinion I think that gender equality in the last years has been growing up in the societies. Now job opportunities for women and men are equally paid for any serious company, the majority of the stereotypes that the web page shows, in the last decade it´s not more a problem and it´s seems weird that a family teach that to their sons, things like “women don´t need to go to college” or “as husbands, men tell their wifes what to do” are thoughts that stayed in the past, now our society it´s more equal in many senses.

Hi, I´m José Vicente Arel, I´m nineteen years old and I was born in Santiago de Chile but when I was a baby I moved to Puerto Montt with my parents and I lived my childhood in my grandfather’s house. I studied since kindergarten to twelve grade in the same school, in Colegio San Francisco Javier de Puerto Montt, a catholic school. There I did too many friends for life and I have good memories of that. After high school I did PSU and I postulated to Architecture in the Universidad de Chile, so my first year in the university was the past year, this year it´s being too different and have ciber-lessons its weird, but I think that I´m doing the best I can do.

Why did you select the article? I selected this article because it will help me in the future, when I can go to take photos on the city, not now because we are in quarantine, but in a nearly future. What is your opinion about smart phones?  I think that smart phones changed our concept of life, because we will never need again send letters to communicate between us, we said goodbye to all that time waiting a feedback. Also, it`s so useful have a smart phone because thanks to google and the others search websites, we have so much information and knowledge that brings us many possibilities when we need to investigate or search something for the university for example.  What is your opinion about women in the military?  I´m a believer of genre equality, so the fact of a women can join to military forces it´s a good thing, something that its necessary to happen, because in an institution where you think in it and instantly the “men” idea goes to your head, it´s something that we need to change, anybody can do whatever, it´s not an genre thing; because if a few women or men can do, everybody with perseverance and work also can do it.
